I’m Greer, and I live in New York City, where I’m a doctoral student. Apart from my professional interests, one of my main passions is finding fantastic affordable restaurants and cooking good eats. I try to stick to healthy, whole foods. I’m a vegetarian (but eat fish).
This blog has had several incarnations. It started out as a gluten-free blog, when I was into that back in 2012. Then, it shifted to a “I’m only cooking food from a single country each week” blog when I was fun-employed one summer in London after my master’s degree in 2013. Currently, it’s mainly a “what did I do with my CSA box this week” blog.
Also, periodically a guy named Jon is mentioned on the blog. He’s my husband, and a fellow academic.
